About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead/Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. The role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect scalable systems, mentor engineering teams, and drive technical excellence across backend and frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of full-stack applications.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems based on business requirements.

- Build and optimize microservices-based platforms using Golang.

- Define frontend architecture and best practices using React.js and/or Next.js.

- Design and govern REST APIs and modern API integrations.

- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making.

- Drive large-scale engineering programs ensuring scalability, reliability, and code quality.

- Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.





- Drive CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices.

- Ensure system performance, monitoring, observability, and security.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

- Mentor developers and participate in technical hiring.

Required Experience
- 8+ years of overall software development experience.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Golang.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and/or Next.js.

- Proven experience leading architecture and delivering enterprise-scale applications.

Work Timings
