Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead/Architect with strong expertise in Golang (Backend) and React.js / Next.js (Frontend) . The role involves designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale cloud-native applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in GoLang
- Strong experience in React.js or Next.js
- Experience in designing and developing Microservices
- Robust knowledge of REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases




- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Golang and React.js/Next.js.
- Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical implementation.
- Build and maintain microservices-based applications.
- Define API standards and integration patterns.
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
