Required Candidate Profile
Self-driven engineer who owns their work. Uses AI tools daily. Comfortable with ambiguity. Wants to build something real, not maintain legacy code. Speaks up when something's wrong. Grows fast.
- Strong experience with full-stack application development.
- Hands-on experience with system design and system architecture.
- Experience designing and building scalable, high-performance systems.
- Ability to make and explain technical decisions around architecture, APIs, databases, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Experience taking ownership of features/systems from design to development and deployment.
- Comfortable identifying bottlenecks and designing solutions as systems grow in users, traffic, and data.
- Experience working with AI/LLM-powered applications is a solid plus.
