We are hiring for a fast-moving Seed-stage AI company based in San Francisco , building autonomous agents for complex B2B operations in the freight/logistics sector.

This is not a standard full-stack engineering role. We are looking for a product-minded engineer who can own the full loop: understand customer signals, make product decisions, build, deploy, trace production behaviour, and iterate quickly.

You will work across React, Next.js, Supabase, Python , and agentic workflow tools such as Pipecat, LangChain, LiveKit or similar . The right person will be comfortable using AI agents as leverage throughout the development process, not just for code generation.

What you’ll do

- Own full-stack product development from customer signal through production release
- Build and maintain applications using React, Next.js, Supabase and Python
- Design and implement agentic workflows for voice, email, document and operational automation
- Work directly with B2B customers to understand what they say, what they mean and what they actually need
- Instrument production traces for debugging, product correctness and customer trust
- Use strong product judgement to separate one-off feedback from real roadmap direction

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js and Python
- Experience with agentic workflows, voice agents, AI automation or LLM-based products
- Comfortable working with production observability, tracing, debugging and iteration
- Strong product judgement and ability to work directly with customers
- High ownership, low ego and strong async communication
- Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics, freight, workflow automation or operations-heavy products is a plus

Compensation and setup

- Remote from India
- Full-time role
- $5,000–$9,000/month depending on experience
- No visa sponsorship available
