About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer (Python) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building modern web applications using Python, Fast API, React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL. You will be responsible for developing scalable frontend and backend solutions, designing robust APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js.

- Develop secure and efficient backend services using Python and FastAPI.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and schemas.

- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth2.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.





- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application bottlenecks.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Frontend:

- Next.js 15+ (App Router, Server/Client Components, SSR)

- React 18+ (hooks, component patterns)

- TypeScript

- API integration and data fetching (RESTful APIs, JSON)

- Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks

- State management (Context API, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit)

Backend:

- Python 3.10+ (async/await, type hints)

- Fast API (Pydantic models, dependency injection, API development)

- PostgreSQL and SQL proficiency

- ORM and migrations (SQL Alchemy async, Alembic)

- Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2)

- RESTful API design and async programming

DevOps (Nice to have)

- AWS services (EC2/ECS, RDS PostgreSQL, S3, CloudFront)

- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

- Docker and containerization

- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
