As we continue to expand our product development and engineering capabilities, we are looking for a strong hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer / Lead Full Stack Developer based in Gurugram who can take ownership of backend development, frontend development, API design, database design, cloud deployment, and high-quality product delivery.

Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer / Lead Full Stack Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, MongoDB, SQL databases, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, cloud deployment, Docker, Git, and production application development.

This role is suitable for someone who can write clean code, design scalable backend APIs, build modern frontend applications, work with databases, deploy applications on cloud platforms, troubleshoot production issues, and guide junior developers when required.

This is a hands-on development role with technical ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-stack development for SaaS products, enterprise applications, web platforms, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js.
- Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, role-based access control, and session management.
- Design and optimize databases using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or similar databases.
- Build reusable frontend components, manage application state, and optimize frontend performance.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for application hosting, storage, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Use Docker for containerization and application deployment.
- Implement caching, logging, error handling, background jobs, and performance optimization.
- Work with Git, branching strategies,



pull requests, and code review processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, DevOps teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot production issues, API failures, database issues, frontend bugs, and deployment challenges.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
- Guide junior developers by reviewing code, explaining technical decisions, and improving development practices.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Experience building production-ready REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
- Good understanding of database design, indexing, query optimization, and caching.
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD basics, and production release processes.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or reviewing code is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.





Preferred Experience

- Experience working in a SaaS company, software product company, IT services company, cloud solutions company, enterprise software company, fintech, edtech, healthtech, or technology consulting company.
- Experience building SaaS platforms, enterprise web applications, admin dashboards, customer portals, APIs, integration platforms, workflow systems, or cloud-native applications.
- Experience deploying Node.js and React.js applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker containers, or managed cloud services.
- Experience working with Redis, queues, background jobs, caching, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience implementing logging, monitoring, dashboards, and production alerts.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AI solutions, automation, cloud integration, APIs, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS products will be an added advantage.
