We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with an understanding of AI workflows who enjoys building modern web applications, integrating AI capabilities, automating business processes, and creating scalable software solutions that solve real-world organisational challenges.

Role Summary The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications while integrating AI-powered features, workflow automation, and intelligent services into IND's digital ecosystem.

This role combines frontend development, backend engineering, API development, database management, cloud deployment, and AI integration to build applications that improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience.

While this is primarily a software engineering role, familiarity with AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), automation platforms, and prompt engineering is highly desirable.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Application Development

- Design and develop responsive web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Develop reusable UI components and backend services.
- Deliver production-ready applications with high performance and reliability.

Frontend Development
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Develop dashboards, portals, internal tools, and customer-facing applications.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement clean UI/UX principles and component-based architecture.

Backend Development
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design scalable application architecture.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access.




- Optimize application performance and security.

AI Integration & Workflow Automation Develop intelligent features using modern AI services such as:
- OpenAI
- Google Gemini
- Claude (Anthropic)
- Other AI APIs

Integrate AI into applications for:
- Internal AI assistants
- Knowledge search
- Document summarization
- Content generation
- CRM enhancement
- HR automation
- Recruitment workflows
- Parent communication
- Clinical documentation
- Marketing automation
- Administrative operations

Workflow Automation Develop and integrate automated workflows using platforms such as:
- n8n
- Make
- Zapier
- Google Apps Script

Build systems that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency across departments. Database & API Development
- Design relational and NoSQL databases.
- Develop secure APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
- Optimize queries and application performance.
- Maintain data integrity and scalability.

AI Workflow Understanding Work alongside AI engineers and product teams to:
- Integrate LLM APIs into applications.
- Implement prompt-driven workflows.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-enabled interfaces (preferred).
- Integrate vector databases where required.
- Develop AI-powered user experiences.

Software Quality & DevOps
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Implement testing and debugging best practices.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application performance and security.

Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with modern web technologies and AI trends.
- Evaluate new frameworks, tools, and development practices.
- Prototype innovative software solutions for organisational needs.

Required Skills
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization systems.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
