About Kefilo Kefilo is building a next-generation NutritionTech company focused on science-backed nutrition, preventive healthcare, AI, food innovation, and intelligent manufacturing.

We are not building just another healthy food delivery company.

Our vision is to create a scalable nutrition ecosystem combining personalized nutrition, digital transformation programs, standardized food products, technology, and intelligent food manufacturing to help people achieve measurable and sustainable health outcomes.

As a Full-Stack App Developer , you will play a key role in building the technology infrastructure behind Kefilo's digital products and nutrition ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development

- Develop and maintain Kefilo's mobile and web applications.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, databases, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Design systems that can scale as Kefilo expands across cities and customer segments.

Product Development
- Build core modules including user onboarding, nutrition assessments, meal subscriptions, transformation programs, meal tracking, progress dashboards, payments, notifications, and customer support.
- Develop features for personalized nutrition recommendations and customer transformation journeys.
- Integrate payment gateways, WhatsApp, CRM, analytics, AI services, and third-party APIs.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into high-quality product experiences.

NutritionTech & AI
- Collaborate with nutritionists, data scientists, and AI teams to integrate personalized nutrition recommendations and intelligent meal planning.
- Build APIs and infrastructure to support Kefilo's future Nutrition Intelligence System.




- Enable data collection and analytics around meals, customer behavior, adherence, and transformation outcomes.

Performance & Security
- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
- Implement secure authentication, data protection, role-based access, and privacy practices.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues across the application and backend.

Collaboration & Ownership
- Work directly with the founder, product, nutrition, operations, and marketing teams.
- Participate in product planning, architecture decisions, testing, code reviews, documentation, and deployment.
- Take ownership of features from idea to development, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Who Should Apply?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–6+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade mobile/web applications.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architecture.
- Passion for startups, AI, NutritionTech, FoodTech, or consumer technology.

Immediate Priorities — First 90 Days
- Strengthen and scale the Kefilo mobile application.

- Develop APIs and backend infrastructure for the Nutrition Intelligence System.
- Integrate payments, notifications, CRM, analytics, and AI services.
- Improve application performance, security, and scalability.
- Work with the product and nutrition teams to rapidly launch and iterate recent features.

Equity-Based Opportunity This is an equity-only founding team role .

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase . Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding Process

- 3–4 strategic discussions to evaluate technical expertise, mindset, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate actual contribution and ownership.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.
- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Ideal Candidate We Are Looking For Someone Who

- Can independently build and ship products rather than only work on assigned tickets.
- Understands both frontend and backend architecture.
- Is comfortable working in an early-stage environment with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Can take ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
- Wants to build a product that combines nutrition, AI, technology, and food transformation.
- Bonus if you have experience in HealthTech, FoodTech, NutritionTech, D2C, AI, SaaS, or consumer applications.

We are looking for a founding Full-Stack App Developer who can take product ideas from concept to production, build the technology behind Kefilo's nutrition ecosystem, integrate AI and intelligent personalization, and help create a scalable NutritionTech platform for customers across India.
