Full Stack AI Developer Location: Remote / Hybrid

About the Role We're looking for a Full Stack AI Developer to join our team building AI and Web3 products at scale. You'll work across the stack, from designing backend architecture and APIs to shipping polished frontend experiences, while integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build real products used by real users, not just prototypes.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Integrate LLMs and AI agents into product workflows (RAG pipelines, agentic tooling, prompt orchestration, embeddings/vector search)
- Architect and optimize APIs and services for scalability and reliability
- Collaborate closely with product and design to translate requirements into shipped features
- Own features end to end, from technical design through deployment and monitoring
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI models, APIs, and tools where they add real value
- Contribute to technical decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices

What We're Looking For
- 5-6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like React or Next.js
- Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, or similar (API design, databases, authentication,



scalability)
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) in production, not just experimentation
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and designing efficient data models
- Strong understanding of system design, security, and performance optimization
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity
- Bonus: experience with Web3/blockchain development, smart contracts, or token systems
- Bonus: experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, or agentic frameworks

Nice to Have
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup or building products
- Open source contributions or a strong portfolio of shipped products
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small technical initiatives
- Experience running models or embeddings on-device (Core ML, ONNX, llama.cpp, MLC, or similar)
- Prior work on messaging, email, or productivity products
- Familiarity with MCP and agent tooling
- Security or privacy engineering background
