Role Description The FSD Faculty role at ImaginXP is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging classroom sessions in Full Stack Development, following ImaginXP’s industry-aligned curriculum and academic standards.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching core and advanced concepts, guiding learners through hands-on projects, and assessing student performance through assignments, evaluations, and feedback. The role involves mentoring students on career paths, supporting placement readiness with portfolio building and interview preparation,



and collaborating with academic leadership to update course content based on industry trends. The FSD Faculty is also expected to participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and academic events to continuously improve teaching practices and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Full Stack Development concepts, including front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Proficiency in at least one up-to-date programming language (such as JavaScript, Python, or similar) and experience with relevant databases and APIs.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in higher education or professional programs, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, evaluate student work, and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach.
- Comfort with using learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and digital tools to enhance teaching.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Industry experience in software development or full stack projects is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work closely with academic and placement teams to support student success.
