We are looking for a well-organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office and reception activities efficiently.
- Handle patient/visitor enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Manage appointments, calls, records, and daily front-office documentation.
- Maintain accurate data and reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Handle basic accounting and billing-related activities.
- Maintain proper records and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for patients and visitors.
- Perform administrative tasks and support daily office operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Qualification/course in Hospital Administration is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical/hospital setting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent English communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
