- Manage patient registration, including data entry, verification and updating of patient information.

- Coordinate patient admission and discharge processes, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

- Manage front desk operations, including patient inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare staff, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and clinical information.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

- Coordinate with clinical staff including physicians, nurses and allied health professionals.

- Provide training and support to front office staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.





- Maintain positive relationship with Insurance Providers, who rely on front office executives for accurate and timely billing and reimbursement information.

- Must possess strong knowledge of hospital operations, including patient registration, admission and discharge processes. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
