Position

Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle guest check-in and check-out
- Manage room reservations and booking enquiries
- Attend phone calls, WhatsApp messages and guest queries
- Handle billing, payments and basic front-office documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Assist guests with information about Thekkady, local attractions and activities
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate guest and booking records
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and welcoming

What We’re Looking For




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident and presentable personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate in English and Malayalam
- Hindi or other languages will be an advantage
- Hospitality experience preferred, but freshers with the right attitude can apply
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends/holidays
- Good customer-service mindset and attention to detail

Location: White Portico Thekkady, Kumily, Thekkady, Kerala Pay: ₹8,734.98 - ₹15,000.00 per month
