Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception and front-office activities in Bangalore. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact and ensure smooth day-to-day front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage reception and front-desk operations.
- Welcome visitors, clients, candidates, and guests.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor and appointment records.
- Coordinate meetings and visitor requirements.
- Receive and distribute courier and other office communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and administrative requirements.
- Maintain front-office documentation and records.




- Ensure the reception area is professional and well organized.
- Handle routine administrative activities as assigned.

Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in front office, reception, administration, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good English communication; Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
- Qualified appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
