Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Line Sales role based in Faizabad. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial and protection needs, and recommending suitable HDFC Life insurance products and riders.

Responsibilities include achieving assigned sales and revenue targets, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and policy issuance.

The Front Line

Sales professional will provide high-quality customer service,



resolve queries, and maintain long-term relationships with customers. The role also includes participating in sales campaigns, receiving ongoing training and coaching, and collaborating with team members and managers to improve performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess core Sales capabilities, including prospecting, needs analysis, and closing, to achieve individual and team targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training-related skills to manage their pipeline, work with sales processes, and continuously enhance product knowledge.
- Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; a background in business, commerce, or finance is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Faizabad, meet field sales requirements, and adapt to a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in local language and basic English, along with familiarity with MS Office and digital sales tools, is advantageous.
