We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role requires a professional with a strong background in front-end technologies, specifically in React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user interfaces, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Responsibilities

- Lead Front-End Development: Take ownership of front-end development projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient coding practices.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to implement and deliver features.
- Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
- Technical Design: Participate in the design and architectural discussions, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize Applications: Ensure the applications are optimized for speed and scalability.
- Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and effective code, and ensure the consistency and quality of the codebase.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

Requirements





- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.

- Technical Skills
- React: Extensive experience with React, including state management and lifecycle methods.
- Redux: Proficiency in Redux for state management.
- JavaScript: Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
- HTML/CSS: Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, including pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
- Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
