We are looking for a confident, presentable, and well-groomed Front Desk Executive to manage our reception and provide a professional experience to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle front desk operations and welcome clients/visitors professionally.
- Attend and manage incoming calls and enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and appointments.
- Maintain visitor and enquiry records.
- Handle basic administrative and front-office tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable.
- Support HR and management with day-to-day coordination when required.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Customer Service, or a similar role.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication is preferred.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and multitask.
- Candidates with relevant front-office experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
