About Us OM Consultants is one of the leading overseas education consultancies helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist & Office Secretary to join our Chennai office.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome students, parents, and visitors with a professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Handle front office and reception activities.
- Prepare and print documents, letters, and reports.
- Perform typing and data entry work.
- Maintain office files and records.
- Handle petty cash and basic office expenses.
- Coordinate daily office administration.
- Assign and follow up office tasks with staff.
- Update information on websites and online portals when required.




- Support the management with day-to-day administrative work.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, or Office Administration.
- Good typing speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Email.
- Basic internet and website handling knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
