Job Summary The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff at Universal SkillTech University, Vasai. The role requires managing front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors, students, and faculty in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately
- Maintain visitor records and issue passes in line with security protocols
- Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail
- Provide accurate information about university departments, courses, and facilities
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication and support
- Ensure the reception area is clean,



organized, and presentable at all times
- Support administrative and coordination tasks as required

Key Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in front office/reception (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism
