Front Desk Executive – Marketing & Sales

About Olympus Sports -

Olympus Sports is a premium multi-sports facility offering world-class infrastructure including badminton, swimming, gym, squash, padel, pickleball, fitness studios, and sports academies. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities-

Front Desk Operations -

- Welcome members and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle inquiries regarding memberships, sports programs, and facility services.
- Manage visitor registrations, calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Coordinate court bookings, academy registrations, and member support.
- Maintain front desk records and daily reports.

Marketing & Sales

- Generate new membership leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct club tours and explain membership plans and benefits.
- Follow up with prospective members and convert inquiries into memberships.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
- Build relationships with schools, corporates, residential societies, and local communities to generate business.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.

Customer Relationship





- Ensure excellent member experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain strong follow-up with existing members for renewals and upgrades.
- Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented with good negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM, Email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or Sports Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in Front Desk, Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship, Hospitality, Fitness, Sports Club, or Retail.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.

Salary

- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
- Attractive performance-based incentives.
