About the Role
You will support our sales and operations team by managing B2B customer inquiries, processing accurate sales quotations, and updating our internal CRM systems. You will coordinate directly with hospital procurement buyers, medical suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless domestic and cross-border shipments.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Any Bachelor's degree (A background in Pharmacy is highly preferred).
Communication: Clear, professional spoken and written skills in English and local languages.
Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle client inquiries and track orders efficiently.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome! Any familiarity with CRM software or medical supplies is a strong advantage.
