NJob Summary

nWe are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in US Accounting. Candidates with a basic understanding of accounting principles and strong MS Excel skills are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in US Accounting is an added advantage but not mandatory.

NRoles & Responsibilities

- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
N
- Assist with journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
N
- Support bank and creditcard reconciliations.
N
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
N
- Help with monthly and year-end closing activities.
N
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
N
- Support vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
N
- Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks (training will be provided if required).

- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.

nEligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
N
- Fresher or up to 1 yearof accounting experience.
N
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.
N
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
N
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
N
- Positive verbal and writtencommunication skills.
N
- Eagerness to learn US Accounting and QuickBooks.
N
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

- Internship or academic project in accounting.

- Basic exposure to QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or any accounting software.

- Knowledge of US Accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
