CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Certification: B2 Or C1

- Manage end-to-end french Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.
- Provide qualified and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in French.
- Maintain the mandatory B2 OR C2 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.
- Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude during all team interactions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
