Role Description This is a part-time, remote Freelance SAP Product Lifecycle Management Trainer role. The trainer will design and deliver virtual training sessions on SAP PLM concepts, configuration, and best practices to learners from varied professional backgrounds.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials and practical exercises, conducting interactive online classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves keeping content current with SAP updates,
supporting learners through Q&A;, and collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula and training standards.
Qualifications
- Robust expertise in SAP Product Lifecycle Management and hands-on experience delivering product-focused training.
- Proficient presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret learner needs, evaluate performance, and tailor training approaches effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in training and development, including curriculum design and adult learning methodologies.
- Prior experience as a SAP trainer, consultant, or practitioner in PLM or related SAP modules.
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, digital collaboration tools, and remote training environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant SAP certifications in PLM or related areas are preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules, and maintain professional conduct with diverse learner groups.
