Role Description This is a full-time, work-from-home Freelance Recruiter role for Pan India hiring. The recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates from multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic or virtual interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers.

The role involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines for various technology and business positions, tracking applications, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders. The recruiter will collaborate with internal teams or clients to understand job requirements,



create clear job postings, and provide regular updates on hiring progress. The role is fully remote, requiring consistent online availability, adherence to timelines, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions across different locations in India.

Qualifications

- Strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer follow-up.
- Experience using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Positive organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple roles, maintain trackers, and meet hiring deadlines.
- Comfort with remote work tools, such as video conferencing platforms, applicant tracking systems, and collaboration software.
- Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally in technology or multi-industry hiring across India.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating accountability and a focus on results.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant recruitment certifications or training are an advantage.
