Groundwork Co. is looking for a confident and natural on-camera presenter to appear in short-form Reels for Instagram and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

- Record short-form videos based on provided scripts.
- Present content naturally and confidently on camera.
- Follow creative direction and recording guidelines.
- Record multiple takes when required.
- Submit raw footage within the agreed timeline.
- Maintain a professional and engaging on-camera presence.

Requirements

- Comfortable speaking on camera.
- Clear communication and good pronunciation.
- Natural, confident presentation style.
- Ability to deliver scripted content without sounding robotic.




- Smartphone with a good-quality camera.
- Suitable lighting and a quiet recording workplace.
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Prior experience in content creation, acting, presenting, or social media is a plus, but not mandatory.
