Role Description The Freelance Psychology professional will provide remote, full-time mental health support to clients using MantraCare’s digital platform. Daily responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, offering evidence-based interventions, and delivering structured telehealth sessions focused on client well-being and behavior change.

The role involves collaborating with the AI-enabled system for triage, documenting client progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation. The professional will also participate in psychoeducation, develop tailored care strategies,



and coordinate with other clinical and wellness specialists to ensure integrated support. This role requires maintaining ethical standards, protecting client confidentiality, and staying current with best practices in psychology and digital care delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based approaches in a clinical or counseling context.
- Experience in Psychological Testing, including administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessments.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, provide explicit guidance, and engage clients in remote sessions.
- Background in Education or psychoeducation, with the ability to convey complex psychological concepts in accessible language.
- Relevant graduate degree in psychology (e.g., clinical, counseling, health psychology) or equivalent professional training.
- Current licensure or certification to practice psychology or mental health counseling in relevant jurisdictions, where applicable.
- Comfort working with AI-enabled digital tools, electronic health records, and telehealth platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple client cases, and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
- Experience with diverse populations and a demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive care.
