About the Role

We are looking for experienced Investment Banking professionals who are passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring finance professionals.

As a Freelance Investment Banking Instructor , you will conduct structured online weekend sessions covering core Investment Banking concepts through practical examples, live financial modeling, deal case studies, and interactive Q&A.;

Non-Negotiable Requirements Candidates must have strong expertise in all of the following areas:
1. Financial Modeling

- Three-Statement Financial Modeling (Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement)
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Valuation




- Leveraged Buyout (LBO) Modeling
- M&A; Merger Models
- Accretion & Dilution Analysis

1. Valuation Techniques

- Comparable Company Analysis (Trading Comps)
- Precedent Transaction Analysis
- Intrinsic Valuation using DCF

1. Real Investment Banking Experience

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Investment Banking experience.
- Experience in M&A;, ECM, Advisory, or related functions.
- Direct exposure to live deals.
- Ability to explain real-world transactions, challenges, and outcomes.

1. Advanced Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint Skills

- Advanced Excel modeling techniques and keyboard shortcuts.
- Dynamic financial model structuring and error checking.
- Basic Power BI dashboards and data visualization.
- Pitch Decks, CIMs (Confidential Information Memoranda), and Investor Presentations in PowerPoint.

1. Deal Process Knowledge

- Complete deal lifecycle:
- Pitching
- Mandate
- Due Diligence
- Negotiation
- Closing
- Understanding of stakeholder roles throughout the transaction process.
- Practical knowledge of how investment banking deals progress in real-life scenarios.
