About the Role

We are looking for an HR AI Agent Builder to lead the design and development of intelligent, agentic HR and People Operations solutions.

This is a unique Builder role combining AI Engineering, HR Technology, HRIS, People Operations, and AI Workflow Architecture . You will build autonomous AI agents that can reason through employee and talent data, automate HR processes, support recruiting operations, and improve employee experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday HRIS , AI agent frameworks, APIs, automation platforms, and HR technology workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Build AI agents for intelligent talent discovery, candidate sourcing, resume analysis, qualification, and screening.
- Automate recruiting workflows including candidate engagement, interview coordination, follow-ups, and hiring pipeline management.
- Develop AI-driven employee lifecycle workflows covering onboarding, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, learning, and offboarding.
- Build workforce intelligence solutions for attrition analysis, hiring forecasts, skill gaps, succession planning, and organizational changes.
- Develop AI-powered HR assistants for employee queries, policy retrieval, HR requests, and case management.
- Integrate AI agents with Workday HRIS , ATS platforms, learning systems, employee engagement platforms, and internal knowledge bases.
- Design human-in-the-loop processes, AI evaluation frameworks, governance mechanisms, and safety guardrails.
- Implement RAG-based solutions using HR policies, organizational knowledge, and employee data.
- Develop reliable AI reasoning workflows that minimize hallucinations and maintain compliance,



confidentiality, and unbiased decision-making.
- Work with APIs, JSON, organizational hierarchies, skills taxonomies, and workforce analytics data.

Required Skills

- Workday HRIS – Mandatory
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS Engineering, People Operations Systems, Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, Workforce Analytics, or AI Workflow Engineering.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI APIs .
- Experience with MCP or custom agent frameworks is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with automation/orchestration platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or Workato .
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, APIs, JSON, and AI workflow orchestration .
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs and automated write-backs.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
- Ability to implement AI guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and governance controls.
