Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Jewellery ERP Consultant to work on project-based assignments involving Jewellery ERP implementation, support, process consulting, user training, and client engagement.

The consultant will work closely with our consulting team and client stakeholders to ensure successful ERP deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Jewellery ERP implementation projects.
- Gather business requirements from jewellery businesses.
- Configure and customize ERP modules as required.
- Provide implementation, migration, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and recommend best practices.
- Coordinate with client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within jewellery businesses.

Required Experience




- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Jewellery ERP consulting or implementation.
- Solid understanding of jewellery manufacturing, wholesale, retail, inventory, accounting, and production workflows.
- Experience in ERP implementation, support, and end-user training.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work on project-based consulting assignments.

Mandatory ERP Experience Candidates should have hands-on experience with any one or more of the following Jewellery ERP solutions:
