We are reaching out to engage your services for a specialized training program to upskill our HR and legal team . We require experienced training professionals who have successfully delivered similar programs and have hands-on expertise in handling complex employee relations cases. Need # 1 expert from India.

Program Overview

We are seeking high-experience experts who can conduct comprehensive training across six critical focus areas in employee relations and workplace investigations. The ideal candidates should have:

• Proven track record of delivering training on these specific topics

• Direct experience handling complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations

• Ability to not only train but also mentor and guide our HR team through real-world scenarios

Required Training Areas (Priority 1 – Mandatory)

1. Workplace Investigations

Core capability for ER professionals. Forms the foundation for handling misconduct, ethics, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

2. Investigation Interviewing & Evidence Collection

Critical for conducting fair,



defensible investigations and ensuring evidence-based decision-making.

3. Advanced Labour & Employment Laws (India)

Essential to ensure every decision is legally compliant and minimizes litigation risk.

4. Employee Relations Case Management

Builds structured thinking around handling complex employee cases end-to-end with consistency.

5. Policy Interpretation & Employment Advisory

Enables the team to confidently advise HRBPs and business leaders while ensuring consistent application of policies.

6. Investigation Report Writing & Executive Communication

Critical skill to ensure proper documentation and defensibility in legal proceedings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per day
