Looking for an exciting opportunity in the telecom and contact center domain? We're hiring FreeSWITCH Engineers for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role.

Location: Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Kochi & Pune

Experience: 5 8 Years

Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH (Dialplan, Modules, ESL/API Integrations)

Robust understanding of the WebRTC stack (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS)

Strong SIP knowledge (RFC 3261, SIP Trunk Configuration, NAT Traversal, Codec Tuning, RTP Optimization, SRTP/TLS)

Experience integrating FreeSWITCH with Contact Center/CCaaS platforms

Hands-on experience with ACD, Skill-Based Routing, Queue Management using mod_callcenter or FIFO Queues





Experience with Call Recording, Monitoring, Whisper/Barge, and Supervisor Features

Key Responsibilities Health monitoring, incident response, log tracing, and change management

Gateway deployment, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, and codec management

Log analysis, runbook/SOP creation, and cross-functional collaboration

Good To Have Experience with Asterisk or similar telephony platforms

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
