Job Purpose

Role: Connect with investor leads, qualify prospects, explain the Footprints FOCO investment opportunity (ROI & passive income), and schedule qualified meetings for the Franchise Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to investor leads.

Qualify prospects based on investment capacity and interest.

Explain the FOCO model and ROI.

Schedule meetings and maintain CRM.

Achieve meeting numbers through effective follow-ups.

Minimum Education

Any Graduate

Skills

Excellent communication (Hindi & English)

Active listening & rapport building

Lead qualification (investment capacity, & intent)

Knowledge of ROI (Return on Investment) and passive income opportunities

Ability to explain the Footprints FOCO investment model confidently

Strong objection handling

Follow-up discipline & CRM knowledge

Target-oriented with ownership mindset

Should have solid command on passive Returns understanding
