Job Title : Foundry Production Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Foundry Production Manager to lead our team in producing high-quality metal castings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, supervising staff, and ensuring productive operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules, workflows, and resources to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor production staff, including mold makers, melters, and quality control inspectors.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of foundry equipment, including furnaces, molding machines, and material handling systems.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, including material usage, labor, and energy consumption.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes,



and monitor results.
- Customer Communication: Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand requirements and resolve any issues.
- Reporting: Provide regular production reports, including metrics on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical , Mechanical , Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field .
- Experience: Minimum- 8 years of experience in foundry production management.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of foundry processes including - melting, molding, and casting , Core Shop .
- Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Working Conditions

- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and heavy lifting.
- Work Schedule: Regular 8 Am to 6 PM
