Position: Founding Sales Lead

Experience: 4–8 years in B2B SaaS sales

Location: Pune, On-site

Compensation: Competitive fixed + uncapped variable

Experience selling to CFOs, promoters, and business leaders

Strong track record with mid-market accounts (₹50Cr–₹1,000Cr)

Proven ability to manage and close multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Comfortable building the sales process, ICP, pitch, and pipeline from the ground up
