About The Role:

Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment consultancy partnering with an AI company building systems that understand real-world professional workflows. They are seeking experienced Corporate Finance professionals to evaluate AI outputs, identify errors, and improve domain-specific reasoning based on practical industry expertise. This is a hands-on role applying real experience in FP&A;, financial modeling, capital allocation, and strategic finance—not a theoretical exercise.

What You Will Do:

- Review AI-generated financial models, forecasts, and analyses for accuracy and reasoning quality
- Translate real FP&A;, capital allocation, and strategic finance workflows into structured tasks




- Evaluate AI outputs on scenarios like variance analysis, scenario modeling, unit economics, and board-level decisions
- Document your reasoning, assumptions, and trade-offs clearly in writing

Who We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years in Corporate Finance (FP&A;, Strategic Finance, Capital Allocation, Financial Modeling)
- CFA or MBA with Finance concentration preferred
- Strong written English - you will explain your reasoning clearly
- Available for 15–20+ hours/week consistently
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
