We're putting field teams into every major Indian city — sales on the street, supply and workforce operations, enterprise accounts with real delivery behind them. Four people will run India for us, one per region. This posting is one of those four seats.

The role

You get a region, not a territory allocation.

You will hire your own city leads — sourcing them, closing them, betting on them. You will build and train your own sales force, and the playbook they run will be the one you wrote by closing the first deals yourself. You will sign the region's first enterprise accounts personally. You will own the region's P&L; and its number, every week. You report directly to the founder.

Nothing about this is a rotation program, a strategy role, or a stepping stone to one. This is the job.

Who you are

2–5 years in, with at least one artifact of agency that has numbers attached: launched a city for a startup,



ran a field sales team, built a company that lived or died, ran a college fest with a sponsorship book you raised yourself, commanded a campaign's ground game. You have hired and run a team of 10+ at least once, anywhere — that one is non-negotiable, because hiring is half this job. When you hit a wall, you show up with options, not questions.

Your friends call you when something impossible needs doing by Friday.

Who this is NOT for

This is field-first: markets, site visits, travel, weekly targets, 11pm escalations. Not hybrid. Not remote. If you're looking for "startup exposure," an MBA launchpad, or a Founder's Office seat, this will be the wrong kind of hard — and we'd rather you know that now.
