About the Company The client is building an AI-first production engine for creating high-quality video content at scale. The engineering team focuses on building production-ready AI infrastructure rather than straightforward chatbot or API-based AI applications. The role is highly technical and suited for engineers who have built and deployed production-grade AI systems.

What will you do?

- Own product design from concept to launch.
- Design mobile-first consumer experiences.
- Prototype interactions and test ideas quickly.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, AI, writers, and artists.
- Shape onboarding, progression, monetization, and the core storytelling experience.
- Build a product users love, not just use.

Requirements

- Thinks deeply about user behavior, not just UI.
- Has shipped products with millions of users or high engagement.
- Can work with ambiguity and move fast.
- Loves games, storytelling, entertainment, or interactive media.

Experience from companies like PlaySimple, SuperGaming, Zynga, Moonfrog, Headout, CRED, STAN, ShareChat, or indie game studios is a plus.
