About the Role:

Fabric is hiring a Linkedin Growth Marketer in Bengaluru to own and scale content across Fabric's company presence and leadership profiles. The role is focused on writing high-quality posts, building repeatable content systems, testing formats, repurposing ideas, and improving reach and engagement over time. The strongest candidates will have evidence of audience growth and ideally experience in a B2B company, although this is not a must have requirement.





Key Responsibilities:

- Write and scale content for Fabric's company presence and leadership profiles.
- Turn ideas, campaigns, and internal insights into high-quality posts.
- Build a repeatable content calendar and operating system for consistent publishing.
- Test hooks, formats, and distribution tactics to grow reach and engagement.
- Track performance and iterate based on audience growth signals.

Experience & background

- 1-6 years of experience
- Most recent role related to qualified social content marketing
- B2B company experience
- Writer or marketer role background
