Role Description As a Founding Intern at Gritupp, you will support core business functions, including talent onboarding, employer outreach, and marketplace operations. You will assist in researching corporate hiring trends, compiling candidate and company data, and helping improve workflows across the platform.

Daily activities may include coordinating with internal teams, contributing to marketing and product ideas, preparing presentations, and supporting execution of pilot projects and partnerships. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Indore, offering exposure to early-stage startup building and close collaboration with the founding team.

Qualifications

- Strong research and analytical abilities, with capacity to synthesize information and present clear insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create concise reports, emails, and presentations.
- Basic understanding of talent acquisition, recruitment processes, or HR operations is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, such as spreadsheets, collaboration software, and online marketplaces.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
