About the Role

This is not a conventional operations role.

As a Founder's Office Associate , you'll work directly with the founders on high-impact projects spanning strategy, international business, operations, automation, sales, and growth initiatives.

Every week will be different. One day you may be improving factory operations, the next you may be speaking with international clients, researching new markets, implementing AI tools, or driving strategic initiatives across the organization.

What you will do

- Work directly with the founders on strategic business initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
- Conduct international market and competitor research.
- Improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, export, procurement, and sales teams.
- Build dashboards, reports, and business insights for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI implementation.




- Assist in international client communication and business development.
- Manage special projects and ensure timely execution.
- Take ownership of new initiatives across different business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience (Fresh graduates with exceptional problem-solving ability are encouraged to apply.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is a plus.
- Solid analytical and structured thinking.
