- Identify and connect with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Reach out to nutritionists, hospitals and medical associations
- Build relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- Contact distributors and retail partners
- Reach out to marketing agencies and brand managers
- Coordinate with celebrity management agencies and influencers
- Assist in investor and partnership outreach

- Schedule meetings for the Founder
- Maintain follow-up calendars
- Build long-term relationships

- Research companies, founders and decision-makers
- Prepare meeting briefs before discussions
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Identify new partnership opportunities
- Maintain partnership databases and CRM

- Coordinate meetings

- Assist in strategic projects
- Support cross-functional initiatives
- Work on special assignments from the Founder’s Office
