Founders Office - Strategy AI Dezerv Reports to: Sandeep Jethwani, Co-Founder | Bengaluru - On-site | Experience: 2-4 years

The Mandate

You will work directly with Sandeep on strategy and AI owning problems end-to-end yourself, not coordinating them across a team. This role requires you to think and talk in Dezervs actual business language: AUM growth and mix, RM productivity and book size, product economics across PMS/AIF, client acquisition cost versus lifetime value, and where Dezerv sits competitively against private banks, boutique PMS providers, and self-directed platforms.

What You'll Own

- Strategy Market sizing, competitive analysis, and new segment/initiative scoping worked through independently, from a blank page to a clear, defensible recommendation

- Models, decks, and dashboards for board and investor and providing key business insights in conversations

- AI Internal AI tools that improve how business teams work, from prototype through to real adoption
- The institutional-memory systems the business already relies on for portfolio review and rebalancing

- Identifying where AI can meaningfully cut manual effort across RM/ops workflows and building the fix directly, not writing a spec for someone else to build

You Know Who You Are

- You can hold a real conversation about how a wealth management business makes money AUM, fee models, PMS vs. AIF vs. mutual fund distribution economics

- You go to the data first youre not comfortable with a hypothesis you cant test or a number you cant defend

- You have real,



hands-on AI-building experience something youve actually shipped

- You move across altitude easily - building a model or debugging a workflow in the morning, presenting a sharp recommendation in the afternoon

What Were Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience, with a clear, specific example of a problem you owned end-to-end

- Strong quantitative and analytical ability comfortable building a financial model, not just narrating one someone else built

- Genuine hands-on AI-building experience a real tool, workflow, or prototype youve shipped
- A personal interest in markets and investing is a real plus

- Comfort operating with minimal structure you can turn an ambiguous problem into a plan yourself

- Startup or high-ambiguity setting experience preferred, fintech or wealth-tech familiarity is a strong plus
