We're Hiring – Founder's Office Associate

Join a fast-growing Insurtech startup backed by Y Combinator, working directly with the Founders on strategy, business operations, fundraising, investor relations, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive execution of strategic and operational priorities across teams.
- Support fundraising activities, investor decks, financial models, and due diligence.
- Manage investor communications and fundraising pipelines.
- Prepare business reviews, reports, and management dashboards.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and growth opportunity assessments.
- Lead cross-functional projects and special initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
- 2–6 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance,



Startup Operations, FinTech, or Insurtech.
- Robust analytical, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- MBA/CA/CFA preferred but not mandatory.
