Founder’s Office Intern

We are looking for a sharp, highly driven Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the founders across strategy, operations, research, partnerships and execution.

This is not a traditional internship. You will work on real business problems, help move projects from idea to execution, and get exposure to how an early-stage company is built and scaled.

What you will work on

- Support the founders on business strategy, market research and new initiatives
- Help prepare investor decks, business plans, reports and presentations
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, customers and industry trends
- Support partnerships and business development with doctors, clinics, brands and other stakeholders
- Track key projects, timelines, follow-ups and execution across teams
- Work with data, spreadsheets and dashboards to generate business insights
- Assist in building SOPs,



processes and operational systems
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure projects move forward
- Take ownership of special projects directly from the Founder’s Office

Who we are looking for
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student / recent graduate in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare or a related field
- Solid problem-solving and analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with PowerPoint/Canva, Excel/Google Sheets and research
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Someone who does not wait for detailed instructions and enjoys figuring things out

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
