The Founder's Office is a highly selective, full time role designed for high-potential individuals who aspire to build, operate, and scale a global deep-tech company.

Working directly with the founders and leadership team, you will take ownership of Bellatrix's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives, driving projects from ambiguity to execution.

Unlike traditional roles, you will gain exposure across multiple business functions including Strategy, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain developing a holistic understanding of how a world-class aerospace company is built and scaled.

- Less than 3 years of professional experience in consulting, startups, technology, product management, or other fast-paced problem-solving environments.
