About the Role The Founder's Office Internship is designed for individuals who want to gain firsthand exposure to how strategic decisions are made and executed within a growing organization. You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team, supporting projects across operations, partnerships, business development, research, content, and organizational growth.

This is not a routine internship where you'll spend your time observing. You will be expected to contribute, take ownership, and learn through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Founder Support & Research

- Assist the Founder on ongoing projects and strategic initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and information gathering
- Prepare summaries, reports, and briefing documents

Operations & Coordination

- Support day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and project timelines

Business Development & Partnerships

- Assist in identifying partnership opportunities
- Support outreach and stakeholder communication
- Help prepare partnership proposals and presentations

Documentation & Communication

- Draft emails, presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Organize and maintain project-related documentation




- Assist in preparing meeting notes and action trackers

Special Projects

- Work on cross-functional assignments across marketing, operations, partnerships, and growth initiatives
- Support execution of high-priority projects as assigned
