About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Founder’s Office Intern who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ideas into execution. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Instagram growth, AI tools, content creation, automation, and startup building.

You will work directly with the Founder on growth initiatives, content strategy, AI-powered workflows, and special projects that can have a direct impact on the organization’s success.

What You’ll Do

- Transform high-level ideas into engaging Instagram reels, posts, and growth campaigns.
- Research trends, identify viral content opportunities, and execute quickly.
- Leverage AI tools to create content, improve productivity, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Build and optimize workflows using AI and automation platforms.
- Support marketing, growth, operations, and strategic initiatives from the Founder’s Office.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to completion.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in Instagram marketing, social media growth, and content creation.




- Ability to convert abstract concepts into compelling visual stories and reels.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action.
- Highly accountable, self-motivated, and execution-focused.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and pivoting when priorities change.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fast learner with a startup mindset.
- Prior experience managing social media accounts, creating reels, or using AI tools is a strong plus.
