Video Editor Direct Response E-commerce Ads (AI-Focused)

About Me

Hi, I'm Vishal. I own multiple eCommerce brands, including:

- Solvanno – Oxyfuel Milk Thistle (liver health supplement)
- Nexorera (testosterone booster supplement)

I've generated over $1M+ in sales on Shopify, and now I'm scaling my new company. I'm looking for a talented Video Editor to join my team and create direct response ad creatives that drive conversions — with a strong focus on AI-generated content.

Role Overview

This is not just about aesthetic edits — our number one goal is conversions. You'll be editing direct response style ads, including but not limited to:

- UGC ads (real + AI UGC)
- TikTok/Reels style short-form content
- AI avatar videos
- AI podcasts
- AI animations
- Documentary-style VSLs
- Product demos & testimonials
- Story-driven ads

The most important part of every video is the first 3 seconds (the hook). We focus heavily on making them attention-grabbing and scroll-stopping.

AI Skills (Important)

This role is heavily AI-focused. You should be comfortable working with AI tools daily and generating your own assets — not just cutting footage.

Must be comfortable with:

- Claude and ChatGPT (scripting, ideation, workflows)

Strong preference for editors well-versed in AI video/media generation. Familiarity with tools like:

- Google Veo (Veo 2 / Veo 3)
- Seedance (ByteDance)
- OmniHuman / Omni (AI talking avatars)
- OpenAI Sora
- Runway (Gen-3 / Gen-4)
- Kling AI
- Luma Dream Machine / Ray

If you can generate AI UGC, AI podcasts, and AI animations end-to-end, you'll be prioritized.

What You'll Do

- Edit UGC-style and direct response ads using content from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube + AI-generated content.
- Generate AI assets (avatars, B-roll, voiceovers, animations) to build full ads from scratch.
- Work with scripts (provided by me)



+ test variations with your own hook/script ideas.
- Edit and iterate multiple ad creatives per week to find winning ads.
- Once winners are found, create multiple variations to scale.
- Learn and apply advanced AI editing tools (I'll train you).
- Deliver videos twice a week for ad testing.
- Receive training on direct response and copywriting.

Our Process

1. Test multiple concepts, angles, stories, and desires.
2. Find winning ads that perform on Facebook Ads.
3. Scale winners by creating variations and improving retention.
4. Focus on creative volume to maximize chances of finding winners.

Work Setup

- This is an in-office role — you'll be working from our office in Powai, Mumbai.
- Training and creative strategy guidance provided in person.
- Fast-paced, hands-on environment where you'll learn quickly.

Growth Opportunity This role starts as Video Editor, but as we grow, I want you to step into higher-level roles like:

- Creative Strategist
- Head of Marketing
