Company Description PANHA: You're Not Alone! is India’s fastest-growing peer-support network, connecting individuals with a caring Buddy within minutes when they feel overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, or under pressure. The platform offers anonymous, confidential, and judgment-free support through trained peer Buddies and licensed psychologists for counseling sessions.

PANHA supports people through breakup and heartbreak, family issues, academic pressure, stress, low self-esteem, loneliness, depression, and more, and also provides free help for those facing harassment or stalking. With a community of over 20,000 members, PANHA partners with schools, colleges, and organizations to foster mentally strong, emotionally safe communities. Its core vision is to decrease suicide cases and ensure that no one has to go through difficult times alone.

Role Description As a Founder Office Intern at PANHA: You're Not Alone!, you will support the founding team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives focused on mental health advocacy and community growth. This volunteer, remote role involves assisting with research, helping coordinate partnerships with institutions, and contributing to outreach campaigns to engage users and potential collaborators.

You may help manage communication across social media and messaging platforms, support content creation for awareness initiatives, and assist in organizing online events or programs for the PANHA community. The role also includes preparing basic reports, maintaining internal documentation, and collaborating with different team members to improve processes that enhance user support and engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust interest in mental health, peer support, and social impact, with empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (and preferably Hindi or other Indian languages), both in writing and in conversation.
- Basic organizational and coordination skills, including time management, task tracking, and attention to detail.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, messaging apps, social media, video conferencing).
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small, mission-driven team.
- Previous volunteering, community building, or campus leadership experience is an advantage but not required.
- Students or recent graduates from any discipline are welcome; background in psychology, social work, communications, or related fields is a plus.
